SOURDOUGH BREAD

 Mr. Meowski's Sourdough is fermented for 24 hours. This allows for complex flavors to develop. Amazingly there are only three ingredients to our bread. Water, flour, and salt. "Moses" our cultivated sourdough starter, and lots of time, transform these three simple ingredients into a crusty, chewy, open crumbed, delightful loaf of bread that pairs perfectly with soups, salads, toast for breakfast, and even the humble grilled cheese.

CROISSANTS - PLAIN, CHOCOLATE AND HAM & CHEESE

All croissants are made with the best butter and flour and molded into 27 delicious layers. Ham and cheese croissants make for a delicious breakfast sandwich.  Regular croissants can be topped off with a topping of your choice.  And for the chocolate lovers, the flaky chocolate stuffed croissant can not be beat.

ALMOND CROISSANT, CINNAMON BUNS, TARTS & CHOCOLATE DISC COOKIES

Almond Croissants, Cinnamon Buns, Tarts and Chocolate Disc Cookies are great additions to the menu.  The Almond Croissant is filled with a delicious almond filling and topped with sliced almonds and dusted with powdered sugar.   The Cinnamon Buns are several layers of sweet dough and cinnamon, topped off with a creamy frosting.  Tarts are made several different ways. Our favorite is Lemon Curd, topped off with seasonal fruit. The Cookies are a delectable sweetness filled with chocolate discs and a light dusting of salt for the perfect crunch on the outside and softness on the inside.

POP TARTS AND DANISH

Pop Tarts and Danish are made from sweet dough and seasonal fruits.  They are baked to a delicious crispness.
